Coastal Chauffeurs is accredited with the Taxi Commission registration, with Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria and Bus Safety Victoria. We have Comprehensive insurance and only use fully accredited drivers.

Methods of Payment

Coastal Chauffeurs accepts cash, credit card (2.3% surcharge applies), invoice, and direct deposit.

Refund Policy

Greater than 72hrs notice = full refund
72-48hrs notice = 50% cancellation fee
24hrs notice = no refund

Carriage Rules

Booking: To book our service, you can make a reservation by emailing us at info@coastalchaufferus.com.au or by calling our team. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We will invoice for payment. Direct deposit is accepted and we accept all major credit cards which will incur a surcharge of 2.3%. If you wish to pay in cash, please notify us at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refunds: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

Chauffeur Service: Our chauffeur service includes a professional driver who will transport you to your destination in a luxury vehicle. The driver will arrive at the designated pickup location at the scheduled pickup time. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, (change of pick up location or time) please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Vehicle Selection: We offer a variety of luxury vehicles, including sedans and people movers. Vehicle selection is subject to availability at the time of booking.

Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Consumption of alcohol is allowed only for passengers over the legal drinking age. We reserve the right to terminate the service immediately if any passenger is found to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Liability: We take great care in providing safe and reliable transportation. However, we assume no liability for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during the transportation service.

Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our service, you agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee should bodily fluids soil our vehicle while in service. Our standard cleaning fee is $220. Should our vehicle be damaged we reserve the right to have the damage repaired and invoiced to those parties held responsible.
